Very satisfied. Today my glasses were broken within 20 minutes I was already home with a new frame. Super happy with it !!

Na ca. 5 minuten wachten om verder geholpen te worden, was het duidelijk dat de afspraak niet serieus genomen werd door de medewerkers. Er zijn genoeg andere opticiens waar ik met respect als klant behandeld zal worden. Ik geef liever daar mijn geld uit aan een bril dan hier. Dit was zonde van mijn tijd. Despite having an appointment, I was completely ignored while selecting a frame. After waiting about 5 minutes to be helped further, it was clear that the appointment was not taken seriously by the employees. There are plenty of other opticians where I will be treated with respect as a customer. I'd rather spend my money there on glasses than here. This was a waste of my time.
