★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bijna alles perfect. De telefoon opnemen lukt maar nooit. Je kunt beter naar de winkel gaan. Daar gaat de rest wel goed.
Almost everything perfect. Answering the phone never works. You better go to the store. The rest will be fine there.

Telefonische bereikbaarheid van de winkel is slecht, maar dat zullen alle winkels hebben en de bezetting qua personeel mag ook wel beter.
Hopelijk is dat een tijdelijke kwestie, maar evengoed wordt er geprobeerd je tussentijds te woord te staan.
Pleasant business, knowledgeable staff and a well-organized store.
Telephone accessibility of the store is poor, but all stores will have that and staffing levels may also be better.
Hopefully that is a temporary issue, but it is also tried to talk to you in the meantime.

Hans Anders always has good prices and high quality glasses. They are only not allowed if you want to make an appointment with the doctor as they are not professional enough

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag fijn geholpen met het bestellen van een nieuwe zonnebril. Ik ben goed geholpen en er werd ook gekeken welke actie voor mij het voordeligst zou zijn, dat is nette service. Daarna is mijn bril nog even versteld want die is ook nieuw en die zat nog wat ruim na ik m een tijdje op had gehad en dat zit ook allemaal bij de service in!
Today I helped with ordering a new pair of sunglasses. I was well helped and it was also examined which action would be the most advantageous for me, that is decent service. After that my glasses are just as amazed because it is also new and it was still a little bit after I had had a while and that is all included in the service!
