★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amateurs, ben tot 4 keer terug geweest om de juiste glazen in mijn (nieuwe) bril te krijgen. Personeel komt zijn afspraken niet na!
Update:
Ook de 5de en de 6de keer was de boel niet voor elkaar. Gelukkig is de bril nu in orde en hoef ik er hopelijk nooit meer mee terug!
Amateurs, went back up to 4 times to get the right glasses in my (new) glasses. Staff do not keep their promises!
Update:
The 5th and 6th time were also not done. Fortunately, the glasses are all right now and hopefully I will never have to return with them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na drie keer nieuwe glazen te hebben gekregen, heb ik nu een bril met precies de zelfde sterkte waar ik mee kwam. Goed dat je de glazen kan uitproberen maar jammer dat ze een montuur niet terug nemen. Nu dus een heel dure leesbril met de zelfde sterkte als ik al had..... beetje jammer
After getting new lenses three times, I now have glasses with exactly the same prescription that I came with. Good that you can try out the lenses, but a pity that they do not take back a frame. So now very expensive reading glasses with the same strength as I already had ... a bit of a shame
