Toen ik nieuwe glazen wilde bestellen nam Hans Anders alles terug en kreeg ik de goede glazen. Dankjewel Hans Anders. Great service. Due to my own mistake I ordered the wrong glasses for my new glasses. When I wanted to order new glasses, Hans Anders took everything back and I got the right glasses. Thank you Hans Anders.

Jammer dat 1 rotte appel het verpest. Ging er graag naartoe. Zal nu andere filialen gaan of bij de concurrent. Very polite older woman. Arrogant and unhelpful. Helped last times by other employees who were very correct. Too bad 1 rotten apple ruined it. Loved going there. Will now go to other branches or to the competitor.

Waren geen klanten en stonden te kletsen met drie personen. Komt een man naar me toe en vroeg waarvoor ik kwam. Ik kom voor een leesbril, voor die goedkope van 29,00 zei de man. Nee wil graag een van rond de 100,00 euro, hebben we niet kosten 166,00 euro, stond nog altijd op de mat aan de ingang. Ik zei heb er altijd rond die prijs een bril gekregen bij Hans Anders. Als je binnenkomt zei de verkoper en je gaat passen moet je kopen . IVM corona zijn dat de regels, dus je moet kopen terwijl je nog geen bril heb gezien of gepast. Wat een onbeschofte man was dit nu, was vandaag op 28 januari rond 12,00 "belgische accent "helaas weet ik zijn naam niet. Geen klanten aanwezig en ik kwam niet verder als de deurmat . Als dit nu het nieuwe normaal is hoop ik dat het hun zeer slecht zal gaan . Bij deze vang je een beer, in een andere brillenzaak ben ik geslaagd . Zelfs na er, i.v.m. corona, twee jaar niet te zijn geweest informeerde mevrouw Jansen naar onze vakantie van eind 2019. Ze nemen alle tijd voor je, het kan dus zijn dat je zelf wat langer moet wachten als ze met een andere klant bezig zijn; dus ga ik op tijden dat het rustig is! I called in advance to make an appointment for an eye. The person on the phone was very polite and I was able to make an appointment the next day (Wow so soon! Now I know why they're not very busy). Went into the store on time and the first question the eye doctor asked me was: "Are you buying contact lens here or did you already buy them somewhere else?" I said "I have some now, I would just like an eye exam." To which he responded with rather angrily "Well if you're not going to buy lens then I won't do the eye test. So are you going to buy lens or not?" Shocked and surprised at his response I said "Maybe in the future but I just want to pay for an eye exam." Which he said increasingly angrily "I won't do the eye exam unless you're going to buy lens! I'M SORRY!" Cannot believe the eye doctor himself would treat new customers like this. I hope that the rest of Hans Anders is not this bad!
