Echter probeer ik jullie nu al drie dagen telefonisch te bereiken en is dit nog steeds niet gelukt. Dit frustreert mij enorm. De wachttijden zijn te lang om op te wachten of dusdanig lang dat de verbinding direct wordt verbroken... Zeer vervelend als het maar gaat om een kleine vraag en je niet langs de winkel kan... Always a great help in the store, even in other locations than where I usually come. However, I have been trying to reach you by phone for three days now and this has still not been successful. This frustrates me enormously. The waiting times are too long to wait or so long that the connection is immediately disconnected ... Very annoying when it comes to a small question and you cannot go to the store ...

En zelden of nooit hoef je te betalen voor deze service zoals het stellen of repareren van een bril. Hans heeft het goed voor elkaar! Nice location. Although you are a customer of 'another' Hans you are always helped in a friendly and customer-oriented way. And rarely or never do you have to pay for this service, such as setting or repairing glasses. Hans is doing well!

In nog geen 4 weken tijd zijn alle glazen vernieuwd en deze bevallen mij uitstekend. De manier waarop dit gedaan is en de begeleiding daarin was voortreffelijk,dank daarvoor. Ik zal het mijn kennissen vertellen en jullie prijzen. ? I am very satisfied with the staff and the Hans Anders retail chain, they have helped me enormously with providing 3 glasses with new lenses, after it was medically established that my eyes needed a higher prescription. All glasses have been renewed in less than 4 weeks and I really like them. The way this was done and the guidance in it was excellent, thank you for that. I will tell my friends and praise you. ?

En werd een oplossing gezocht om toch voor het einde van onze vakantie, met bril weer naar huis te kunnen gaan. Dank je wel blonde jonge dame. Voor je goede zorg en hulp. Broken glasses (Friday 13 August) during our holiday in Vlissingen. Were helped nicely. And a solution was sought to be able to go home with glasses before the end of our holiday. I was attended by Ivenke and she repaired my glasses far beyond my expectation and gave them new life. This was all done free of cost. I am glad I went to them and not anywhere else since other opticians would have surely tried to sell me a new pair of glasses. Thank Hans Anders. Wish you lots of customers.
