★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Via de webshop slechte service, 1,5 week geleden wat besteld, tot nog toe niets van gehoord. bellen neemt na 15 minuten wachtrij nog steeds niet op tussen de aangegeven tijden (9.00-13.00).
 Bad service via the webshop, ordered something 1.5 weeks ago, so far nothing. call still does not pick up after 15 minutes of queue between indicated times (9 am-1pm).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leuk assortiment met enorm veel kleuren en goed advies! Fijn, dat Haarlem weer een leuke wolwinkel erbij heeft. (Ik mis nog steeds Wollana!)
Nice assortment with a lot of colors and good advice! Nice that Haarlem has a nice wool store again. (I still miss Wollana!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijne aanvulling op het bestaande assortiment wolwinkels in Haarlem. Uitgebreide selectie, en garens die ik elders niet kon krijgen, enkel online. Rachel is een vlotte dame die graag meedenkt.
Fine addition to the existing range of wool stores in Haarlem. Extensive selection, and yarns that I could not get elsewhere, only online. Rachel is a smooth lady who likes to think along.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb vanwege Corona lockdown op 8 januari haakbenodigdheden besteld via internet, betaald en een direct een bevestiging ontvangen. Op 20 januari nog geen pakket ontvangen. 2x een mail gestuurd waarop geen enkele reactie. Dit is de eerste en meteen de laatste keer dat ik hier iets ga bestellen.
Due to Corona lockdown on January 8, I ordered crochet supplies via the internet, paid and received an immediate confirmation. No package received on January 20. 2x sent an email to which no response. This is the first and the last time that I will order something here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij werden daar heel slecht geholpen er zat een mevrouw te haken en toen we vroegen of ze ons kon helpen moest ze eerst even haar toertje afmaken de wol die we nodig hadden was niet op voorraad nee ons zie je daar niet meer
We were very badly helped there there was a lady crocheting and when we asked if she could help us she first had to finish her tour the wool we needed was not in stock no you won't see us there anymore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een verademing! Een ruime, lichte winkel met lekker veel wolletjes en katoentjes. En een jonge, lieve winkeldame die enthousiast is, zelf ook graag haakt en meedenkt met materialen en kleuren. Heel fijn!
What a relief! A spacious, bright store with lots of wool and cotton. And a young, sweet shop lady who is enthusiastic, who also likes to crochet and who thinks along with materials and colors. Very nice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super leuke winkel! De enthousiaste winkel manager van deze winkel, Rachel, heeft me echt enorm leuk en goed geholpen. Zonder brei ervaring, heb ik in korte tijd sokken leren breien met goed advies van Rachel! Nu ga ik uiteraard elke keer terug om nieuwe wol te halen ;)
Super nice shop! The enthusiastic store manager of this store, Rachel, really helped me a lot and helped me a lot. Without knitting experience, I learned to knit socks in a short time with good advice from Rachel! Now of course I go back every time to get new wool;)
