★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good fast service, good fun with the bowling and on the dance floor. Only downside was that they did not play much different music styles and the music got louder and louder as the night went on

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have recently visited this place as part of a large group celebrating Christmas together. I was impressed by the availability and the opportunity to take part in a lot of different stuff meaning everyone could have something fun to do.
The Christmas special was more expensive than the equivalent the rest of the year which can be understood but the level of service did not reflect the expensive cost of the evening.
The first thing to know is that the establishment works on a coin system and doesn't accept money for drinks, you purchase coins from the machine and pay in those coins. Each coin is worth 2.5 euro and the coins can not be sold back at the end of the evening. The drinks work out very expensive through this system but that isn't immediately obvious because you aren't actually handing over money.
There is a free cloakroom and decent toilets, there is also a customer services at the entrance.
The place offers a variety of packages including bowling, karting and laser gaming all of which we took part in. The facility lets you borrow equipment that you need which is included in the price. The bowling was really decent and as it was a times evening we went from bowling to eat. The food came in the form of a three course meal while entertainment was provided by a live artist in a separate area to the main bar and games area which was nice. The starter was soup, the main was a stone grill and they kept bringing out food and the desert was a choice of three options. They service at table was good.
as we were still eating our main the service went downhill, the waitresses closed the doors and began cleaning and the artist stopped playing. We were conscious of this and the atmosphere changed. The restaurant had allocated us this time slot and we were and hour and half from the end of that slot. We found this strange.
The karting and laser gaming were really cool but ended really fast. Laser gaming was 12 minutes and karting 10 minutes. It was also quite expensive for such a short amount of time.
The games in the main room include pool tables, arcade games and air hockey. These cost extra.
At the end of an evening its quite costly but they don't accept credit or English debit cards. They do accept Dutch bank cards. You may have to carry a lot of cash. The bar staff were quite unfriendly.
This establishment has a lot to offer. Working on hospitality would probably make this a better visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of things to do. Go carts, laser game, restaurant play area, bowling. Loud music and pretty noisy for those easily agitated. Shoe area for bowling was a mess and most sizes were misplaced but we managed to find bowling shoes for all. Drink service is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there today with a couple of mates to try everything out. I'll treat every activity separate (except for pool).
Go-karts
It's a short indoor circuit with go-karts driving on natural gas or gasoline. Unfortunately the go-karts haven't been calibrated to each other, some drive faster, some slower. They had a wide range of helmets at your disposal. The chin was not covered, but you're fastened with a seatbelt. There were hair nets available, like it should. I worried about the employees walking around without earplugs, while it was pretty noisy in there. We had to wait a little longer before we got to go, but it happens. One point worth noting though is that one of the go-karts before us ran out of gasoline in the middle of the race. That just can't happen.
Laser tag
We noted the wrong time so we were too late. The employee changed our reservation with some other group, which was great! The suits were of a good quality and there were tree levels to explore. Very suitable for small and bigger groups. Definitely recommended.
Bowling
There's two sections, divided by bowling shoes you could use. They were not being cleaned though, which is a shame! There's a helper ramp and bumpers available. Unfortunately they use the string-pin method, which means that the pins get repositioned by strings attached to each individual pin. This seems to influence how the pin can tip over other pins, so I'm not a fan. There's some kind of curtain preventing you to throw a ball when you're not supposed to, opposed to a metal gate. All the ball had small finger holes and you couldn't pick out other balls, since they didn't seem to be available.
Ordering drinks/snacks at the bowling
We wanted to order drinks and they didn't want us to pay them directly. They have some kind of coin system going on which is very not customer friendly. They told us before we could order on credit, but when we were ordering we all of a sudden couldn't. The employees were not friendly at all to explain it properly to us. When we retried to order something later all of a sudden we were able to order on credit. The next round they asked for coins again. The servers didn't seem to have it all together, we got some snacks which we didn't ask for, got a Coke light instead of regular and when we were checking out they charged for a Spa Red which we never ordered or got.
Restrooms
No soap or no paper towels to dry your hands. The urinals for the men were reasonably high and weren't particularily clean.
Conclusion
Laser tag is the way to go. The rest... I'd choose some other place.
