Op gebied van service vele malen professioneler dan bijvoorbeeld Orthodontiepraktijk Enkhuizen, door de enorm goede telefonische bereikbaarheid en geautomatiseerde back-office (online account). Geen gedoe als gevolg van beperkingen in beltijden en ook 's zaterdags is de praktijk open. Zo is voor de drukke personen onder ons een afspraak snel gemaakt, en lopen we niet dagen rond met draadje die weer eens in onze wang of tong prikt. Incredibly helpful. I.p.v. 1500 Euro wordt er uiteindelijk rond de 3000 Euro gerekend, en de behandeling was nog niet afgerond! Er moesten nog vele (dure) "na controles" worden uitgevoerd, die gemiddeld 1 minuut duren. In begin van de behandeling dubbel proberen te declareren bij mijn zorgverzekeraar, die heeft dit teruggedraaid. Uiteindelijk na mijn klacht het willen oplossen en Orthocenter gaf zelf toe dat de behandeling rond de 2000 en 2500 Euro makkelijk had kunnen worden uitgevoerd. We hadden toen persoonlijk afgesproken dat Orthocenter het teveel betaalde bedrag boven de 2500 Euro terug zou storten, toch een redelijke afspraak zou je denken, maar hier komt niets van terecht. Men zet het mes op de keel en de cliënt moet genoegen nemen met 100,- Euro als zijnde "coulance". Indien de cliënt niet akkoord gaat met dit voorstel dan vervalt ook deze coulance wordt er gezegd. Niet echt een oplossing... Accommodation looks neat but .. deception with cost overview. I.p.v. 1500 Euro is ultimately calculated around 3000 Euro, and the treatment was not yet completed! Many (expensive) "after checks" still had to be carried out, which lasted an average of 1 minute. At the start of the treatment, try to declare twice with my health insurer, who reversed this. Eventually, after my complaint, I wanted to resolve it and Orthocenter admitted that the treatment could easily have been carried out around 2000 and 2500 euros. We had then personally agreed that Orthocenter would refund the overpaid amount in excess of 2500 Euros, you would think a reasonable agreement, but none of this ends up. The knife is put on the throat and the client has to settle for 100, - Euro as being "leniency". If the client does not agree with this proposal, this leniency will also be canceled. Not really a solution ...

During our first appointment we were positively surprised by the time that was taken for us, the clear explanation and the friendly assistant!

De voortgang, behandeling en tips worden door de assistentes en orthodontist duidelijk en vriendelijk uitgelegd en bij vragen kun je later altijd contact opnemen. Zeer blij met Orthocenter Stede Broec! My son has been under treatment at Orthocenter Stede Broec for over a year now and it is going great. The progress, treatment and tips are clearly and friendly explained by the assistants and orthodontist and you can always contact us later if you have any questions. Very happy with Orthocenter Stede Broec!

Assistentes zijn vriendelijk, leggen bij iedere behandeling uit wat ze gaan doen, maar ook waarom. Prettige ontspannen sfeer. Betere ervaring dan bij de vorige praktijk waar ik liep. As a person over 50, I am very pleased with the way in which the plan of approach has been drawn up and explained! Assistants are friendly, explain what they are going to do with every treatment, but also why. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Better experience than at the previous practice I ran.
