★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The two times I’ve tried to get a table, my mom and I were rejected twice. All the while other customers are greeted warmly and are seated almost immediately. The food is good, but the staff’s attitude (particularly one of them at the Tilburg location) is nothing short of discriminatory and unwelcoming. I hope this kind of situation gets rectified but as of now, because of how the staff treat us, we will not be coming back as it is disheartening to eat in a place where we do not feel welcome and discriminated against. Please pay more attention to this and educate your staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Happy Italy with some friends and I consider my experience quite average. The food was delivered extremely fast, which I think is a very good aspect, however I found the quality of the pizza not excellent. The prices are quite low which is nice if you are student but this reflects on the quality of the product. The staff was helpful but most of the waitresses didn't seem to be enthusiastic, delivering a quite mediocre service.
EDIT: I decided to go for a second time, this time I tried the ravioli with mushrooms and truffle and the pizza with buffalo mozzarella and pesto. Both were very tasty, the pizza particularly. I also must say that the waitress who was serving the table was extremely kind and helpful. I definitely enjoyed this dinner, more than the last time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After we got seated we waited for 20 minutes and nobody came to take our order or even asked us if we wanted anything to drink. We ended up having to wave down the staff and the waitress that tended to us was very cold and seemed annoyed to be having to help us, while she was being very friendly with other customers. Hygiene didn't seem to be a priority as multiple female employees had very long fake nails, and keeping up their face masks seemed to be quite the struggle.. After we finally got to order they ended up getting part of the order wrong and the iced coffees all weren't available which I found a little strange. A few years ago this place was thriving and had a great atmosphere and very friendly staff, not sure where it went wrong but I doubt I'll be visiting again any time soon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They earned the star because the food tasted good but any other service deserves no star. From seating up to order taking and serving. The restaurant was crowded we sat for 15 min before anyone acknowledged us to ask if we want to pay because the table the receptionist gave to us was still open. Another 10 min to solve the issue and tell them we just came. They have no bottled water to serve, rather they wanted to serve tap water and charge as lemonade on the bill????
Anyway they forgot the water and the drinks and 1 pizza to serve. After many attempts to tell anyone we were finally served but 90%of our order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hot pizza can't be too bad. And Happy Italy actually bakes pretty good pizza at the price it asks. 5 stars for keeping options open after 5pm for people at covid times. With price taken into consideration, the pizza worth 4.5 stars. Strictly rating the pizza on itself it is a 4 star experience - the dough was okay but more tomato sauce would be great.
My order was suppose to be picked up at 19:05 but it was ready 8 minutes earlier - pizza turns bad when it turns cold, so perhaps it is a good idea to arrive a bit earlier to pick up yourself.
And, right, if the pizza needs a bike ride delivery, it's gonna be just a slightly above average pizza.
