Komen afspraken niet na en bezorging duurt mega lang. 2 uur moeten wachten op een bestelling en dan wordt die niet eens compleet geleverd… Telefoontje eraan gewaagd en dan vragen ze of we wel goed hebben gekeken!? Als je zo met je klanten omgaat en niet eens een fatsoenlijke reactie kunt geven aan de telefoon, sluit dan gewoon lekker je tent! De 2,7 gemiddeld voor deze tent is veel te veel en de 5 sterren komen waarschijnlijk van de baas vandaan. Mensen, BESTEL HIER NIET! Hou je geld lekker in je zak of bestel bij goede tenten zoals Asian Boulevard of KOI. Qua service kunnen ze veel leren van deze bedrijven! Stelletje oplichters! Very bad company, not even worth the one star actually. Don't keep appointments and delivery takes a long time. Having to wait 2 hours for an order and then it is not even delivered completely… Called and then they ask if we have looked properly!? If that's how you treat your customers and can't even give a decent response on the phone, just shut up! The 2.7 average for this tent is way too much and the 5 stars probably come from the boss. Folks, DO NOT ORDER HERE! Keep your money in your pocket or order from good tents such as Asian Boulevard or KOI. In terms of service, they can learn a lot from these companies! Bunch of scammers!

Zoals aangegeven geen wasabi maar helaas ook geen Surimi, geen bosui, geen extra zalm ( hier had ik extra voor betaald maar kreeg een portie voor 1 persoon), geen Masago. Kortom schandalig.Ik heb uiteindelijk zelf een avocado erdoor gedaan en een eitje gebakken. extra sojasaus zat er ook niet bij. vervolgens gebeld: krijg ik als antoord: maar we doen al 2 a 3 maanden geen bosui bij de poke bowl. Alsof ik dit moet weten! ook verteld dat hij dit dan maar moet aanpassen in de beschrijving. Dat bleek heel erg lastig te zijn bij Thuisbesteld. - je krijgt maar 1 sojasaus want dit zit er niet standaard in volgens de meneer. echt waar, bestel deze pokebowl niet! het verdient niet eens deze ene ster als beoordeling. ordered a pokebowl wasabi salmon last sunday. neatly indicated that I do not want wasabi. The bowl came in. As indicated no wasabi, but unfortunately no Surimi, no spring onions, no extra salmon (I had paid extra for this but got a portion for 1 person), no Masago. In short, scandalous. I finally put an avocado in it and fried an egg. extra soy sauce was not included. then called: I get the answer: but we have not been adding spring onions to the poke bowl for 2 to 3 months. Like I need to know this! Also told that he should adjust this in the description. That turned out to be very difficult with Thuisbemand. - you only get 1 soy sauce because this is not standard according to the gentleman. really, don't order this pokebowl! it doesn't even deserve this one star rating.

Basically a bunch of bull. We had to wait outside and pay for a parking ticket, instead of just picking it up. The sushi has waaaaay too much rice and the tuna was a little brownish.
