P	Peter Powell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really professional staff, exceptional service and nice ambiance. But the food was completely unremarkable. The emphasis seemed to be more on expensive sounding ingredients than actually flavourful ones. We had a steak tartar on a bed of pasta with bits of tomato, the tomato was extremely watery and in general the tartar lacked flavor (I ended up dousing it in the very tasty Spanish olive oil they'd served with bread). The other dishes were equally lacking in flavor and seasoning. For the price and reputation I expected significantly better food. At the end of the day I would not come back here to eat again.

I just walked out starving, and having spent way more than last time. I'm not a penny pincher at all but they are properly taking the p***... CHANGE BACK Response to owner: The reveiw was originally made about a year ago, shortly after you reopened after the first covid lockdown. I edited it to make it less vulgar 2 weeks ago, hence your misunderstanding. I was very upset though.

From the excellent service by the staff to the decor and the dishes, all is balanced, well thought out and absolutely perfect. Been here 3 times and the consistency is amazing. Michelin star food for Bib Gourmand prices.

You saved our night. So we came back to the place we had a reservation but the next time we stop by Maastricht we will come back and have a nice dinner at your place ✌️
