wow this restaurant is amazing. it is one of my best gastronomic experiences. Each dish was a real discovery. Everything is perfectly done and super original. The chef came to explain each time to our table

Chef Gilbert and his team run a restaurant that delivers an amazing experience. The atmosphere is intimate and cozy, with all elements blending harmoniously, from the menu to the dishes made by sous-chef Cas Driessen. The hosts were very friendly and committed to making us feel comfortable and relaxed. The food, however, topped it all. The amount of different cuisines, Sichuan, Japanese, Dutch, Indian, Middle-Eastern, and more, in a dish was impressive, showing off the team's comprehension of flavour, as well as their boldness to experiment with new things. Thank you for the great experience!!!
