★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Kühlschrank macht Geräusche was ich ihm auch schon am Telefon erklärt habe. Er karm lies sich das Geräusch erklären da es ausgerechnet dann nicht zuhören war. Er meinte es kann nur an 2 sachen liegen.
Es würde sich aber nicht lohnen das zu reparieren. Sehr nett..... aber der Gute Mann war 5 Minuten da und hat sich nicht mal die Mühe gemacht und irgendwas getan... ich sagte nur das hätte er mir auch am Telefon sagen können.... klar er hat mir 2 tips gegeben... aber den vollen Preis von 49 Euro für ein 5 Minuten Gespräch. Meine freundin und uch waren sprachlos. Also die Hälft des Preises hätte es auch getan.

But it wouldn't be worth repairing. Very nice ..... but the good man was there for 5 minutes and didn't even bother and did something ... I only said he could have told me on the phone ... sure he gave me 2 given tips ... but the full price of 49 euros for a 5 minute conversation. My girlfriend and uch were speechless. So half the price would have done it too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bekam gleich am nächsten Morgen einen Termin zur Begutachtung meiner kaputten Waschmaschine. Nach kurzer Analyse und guter Beratung hatte ich alle Infos, um ein Ersatzteil zu organisieren und die Reparatur selbst durchzuführen, ohne dass nochmal ein teurer Vor-Ort-Termin nötig gewesen wäre. Keinen Tag später schnurrt die Maschine wieder wie am ersten Tag.
The next morning I got an appointment to inspect my broken washing machine. After a short analysis and good advice, I had all the information I needed to organize a spare part and carry out the repair myself, without the need for an expensive on-site appointment. A day later, the machine purrs again like on the first day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da mich meine 14 Jahre alte Spülmaschine letzte Woche im Stich gelassen hat bin ich über Google auf Fa. Prosch aufmerksam geworden. Die Rezensionen waren gut und somit habe ich dort angerufen. 1 Stunde später (Freitag) stand Herr Prosch auf der Matte. Montag um 10:00 Uhr lieferte er die neue Machine und bis 12:00 Uhr war alles fertig. Herr Prosch ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat sehr sauber gearbeitet. Preis - Leistung stimmte auch. Klare Empfehlung!
Since my 14-year-old dishwasher let me down last week, I found out about Prosch on Google. The reviews were good, so I called them. 1 hour later (Friday), Mr. Prosch stood on the mat. On Monday at 10:00 a.m. he delivered the new machine and everything was ready by 12:00 p.m. Mr. Prosch is very courteous and has worked very cleanly. Price-performance was also right. Clear recommendation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeitnah einen Termin zur ersten Einschätzung bekommen für unsere kaputte Spülmaschine. Habe die Info erhalten, dass es ein Miele-typisches Problem ist und dort auch nach Ende der Garantie eine Kulanzlösung möglich sei. Von einer Reparatur durch ihn selbst hat der Techniker abgeraten, da sie sehr teuer sei.
Auch wenn es keine schnelle Hilfe gab, waren das für mich wertvolle Tipps. Auch die Ablehnung eines nicht wirtschaftlichen Auftrags gehört für ein integeres Unternehmen dazu. Und selbstverständlich zahle ich dafür gerne die Aufwandspauschale für die Anfahrt und Beratung, die mit 49 Euro mehr als fair ist. Miele kommt erst Ende nächster Woche, übrigens für 129 Euro.
Von mir also klare Empfehlung, würde bei dem nächsten Defekt wieder anrufen.
Get an appointment for the first assessment for our broken dishwasher in a timely manner. I received the information that it is a typical Miele problem and that a goodwill solution is possible there even after the warranty has expired. The technician advised against doing repairs himself as it is very expensive.
Even if there was no quick help, these were valuable tips for me. For a company with integrity, the rejection of a non-profitable order is also part of it. And of course I am happy to pay the flat fee for travel and advice, which is more than fair at 49 euros. Miele won't come until the end of next week, incidentally for 129 euros.
So clear recommendation from me, would call again with the next defect.
