R	Reza K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een amateuristische bende,lekker geld binnen harken met sociale huurwoningen en het woordje 'onderhoud' hebben ze al helemaal nog nooit van gehoord... Maar de huur gaat steeds omhoog. Wat ik hier allemaal lees is om je kapot te schamen Havensteder! En zelf in de Red Apple gaan zitten van het geld. Dat doe je toch niet?? Zegt toch al genoeg ?? What an amateurish gang, raking in nice money with social housing and they have never heard the word 'maintenance' at all... But the rent keeps going up. Everything I read here is to shame you Havensteder! And sit in the Red Apple yourself with the money. Are you not doing that?? Says enough already
T	Tagna Tagna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dit is een verschrikkelijke woningbouwvereniging. Afspraken worden niet goed vastgelegd en vervolgens ben je voor niks aan het wachten. Keer op keer. Wachttijd aan de telefoon is 45 minuten!!!! Dat dit bestaat, is onbegrijpelijk. This is a terrible housing association. Appointments are not recorded properly and then you are waiting for nothing. Time after time. Waiting time on the phone is 45 minutes!!!! That this exists is incomprehensible.

Zit al vanaf 2018 te wachten op een inspectie van mijn doorgezakte plafond vind dagelijks glaswol en andere zaken op de grond. Ze beloven te renoveren maar blijf bij beloftes loze beloftes! Worst housing corporation in Rotterdam, if not in the Netherlands! I've been waiting for an inspection of my sagging ceiling since 2018, I find glass wool and other things on the floor every day. They promise to renovate but stick to empty promises!

Telefoon, whatsapp, contact Wijkbeheerder. Portiek is nog altijd smerig + rommel. Ik heb de Huurcommissie ingeschakeld. Ik heb oude ramen, het tocht enorm. Laten ze iemand tochtstrips plaatsen. Nog altijd last van tocht. Echt een klote bedrijf. Prima dat jullie de huur verhogen, maar zorg wel voor een goede service!! The bad reviews are correct. I've actually made over 10 reports of clutter/dirty porch. What poor communication l. Phone, whatsapp, contact District manager. Porch is still filthy + rubbish. I have called in the Rental Committee. I have old windows, the drafts are huge. Have them put up weatherstripping someone. Still suffering from draft. A really shitty company. It's great that you increase the rent, but make sure you provide good service!!

Achteraf blijkt het appartement verzakkingen te hebben in de riolering, enorme stank uit het toilet en lekkage bij de ramen. Fijn zakendoen zo hoor Jasper Starke & Nicky Spee. Brengt alleen maar ellende met zich mee dit. Havensteder sold me an apartment with defects without presenting them in advance. Sales went through Ooms Makelaars. It turns out that the apartment has subsidence in the sewage system, an enormous stench from the toilet and leakage at the windows. Good business, that's what Jasper Starke & Nicky Spee hear. This only brings misery.
M	M M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Duurt soms erg lang voor ze actie ondernemen wanneer de reactie tijd voor een woning is verlopen. Mensen slapen in opvangcentra en op straat of in hun auto, terwijl er gewoon huizen leeg staan en deze zelfde mensen elke dag netjes fris en fruitig naar hun werk moeten zien te gaan. Sometimes it takes a very long time for them to take action when the response time for a property has expired. People sleep in shelters and on the street or in their car, while there are just empty houses and these same people have to go to work every day clean and fresh.
