Fijne woningcorporatie, wordt enorm goed geholpen. Goed service voor nieuwe huurders (alles wat niet meer goed is wordt meteen vervangen). Lieve reacties aan de telefoon en snel mail contact. Mega blij mee!
Great housing association, very good help. Good service for new tenants (anything that is no longer good will be replaced immediately). Sweet responses on the phone and quick email contact. Very happy with it!

Ik heb een nieuwe intercom aangevraagd. Heb nu een jaren '80 model. Afgewezen: β€œouderdom is geen criterium om dingen te vervangen”. Waarom dan de optie aanbieden op de website (Woning verbetering -> videofooninstallatie). Trouwens in 2020 zijn mijn keuken en douche compleet vernieuwd! Dat kan wel en een simpele intercom niet? En ouderdom was toch geen reden om te vervangen?? β€œDe klant staat in het hart van onze dienstverlening” Helaas is de realiteit anders. Dienstverlening zit niet in hun DNA.
I have requested a new intercom. Have an 80s model now. Rejected: β€œold age is not a criterion for replacing things”. Why then offer the option on the website (Home improvement -> videophone installation). By the way, in 2020 my kitchen and shower will be completely renovated! That is possible and a simple intercom is not? And old age was not a reason to replace?? β€œThe customer is at the heart of our services” Unfortunately, the reality is different. Service is not in their DNA.

De services is zwaar triest onbereikbaar op werkdagen, en als het al nood is moet je gewoon +/- 30 min wachten voordat je iemand krijgt te spreken. Dit is gewoon criminaliteit ?
The services are sadly unreachable on working days, and if it is an emergency you just have to wait +/- 30 min before you get to speak to someone. This is just crime

Slechte service. Als er een lekkage o.i.d is dan wordt er gewoon niets aan gedaan of het duurt veels te lang voor dat je ΓΌberhaupt een antwoord krijgt. En het personeel aan de telefoon mag echt wel werken aan hun manier van klantenservice. Zeer teleurgesteld.
Bad service. If there is a leak or the like then nothing is done about it or it takes way too long before you get an answer at all. And the staff on the phone could really work on their customer service style. Very disappointed.

Woonstad service is very poor. They offer to their renters (aka clients) the opportunity to make requests via a website form (which is great) which does not have the right options (which is super poor digital experience). Their customer service on the phone does not have enough information to fix your issues, because they work with too many 3rd parties and they do not communicate correctly among them to help their customers. A recent example: Woonstad provides houses with heatpump systems for heating. They do not have the 'heatpump' option on their website form. Their customer service does not know who is the right person to call for them and the customer needs to await for a technician to call them back if and when the technician feels like. Woonstad cannot ask the technician to call back as this is another company. After the technician calls you, they explain it is not their job, but another company's - info that Woonstad Customer Service should have. So five days later and you are still without any solution or anyone actually working towards a solution... Woonstad you can call this a business case consultation if you want instead of a review and actually do something to improve your service to your customers. To give them the credits they deserve, however, Woonstad is great at withdrawing the rent amount on time every month with no delays and implement the highest increases possible (e.g. 5% increase in June 2020).

I have been renting since 2018, I also have had severe leakage in my bedroom since 2018. In the winter months this is especially a problem since it's also incredibly cold in my apartment. Woonstad has not fixed any of the problems to this day, it has become progressively worse even. We are entering the fourth year. Even a lawsuit did not have any impact, Woonstad does just not care about their renters. No responses to my complaints, letters, nothing. This is hands down the worst company ever to rent a home from.
