g	gulshan sharma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have Ordered from this restaurant few times and I won't say food is bad. Taste is authentic and delivery is on time. Reason for 1 star is be sure this time I ordered mutton curry , it was either not fully cooked or the meat was old, being a regular customer called the owner to mention it. Instead of acknowledging was old this is served to Punjabi guys . When I said I am from Chandigarh and know the taste , I was told that you are not Punjabi as Punjabi do not speak in Hindi. ( Cool ?? No , arrogant , Yes ) After some more discussion was told I should not order mutton as I always order lamb. To summarize , I won't order again as for me good behavior matters.

I ordered prawn vindaloo seeing it was spicy but turned out it out potato in it and wad not mentioned while ordering so I had to throw it away… Btw after taking to the owner I came yo realise that vindaloo means it has aloo aka Potatoes in it.. Hmm.. Strange.. Stupid conversation of course…. Worst customer service ever… Dont even know how to speak to people

Shahi paneer & butter chicken: paneer cubes / chicken pieces dunked in ready made mass manufactured orange sauce. They were worse than the microwave meals you get at the grocery store. Cheese naan: heated frozen/ packaged naan Wondering if the chef really does more than mixing gravies and reheating stuff. Think the best part was the steamed basmati rice!

Really nice people, providing excellent service. I would definitely recommend to all and especially to those who appreciate the real taste. Keep it up folks, doing great job.

Rather than giving a bad review, I felt it would be better I call them and explain it directly. When mentioned over a call, he asked us to return the food and said that we can order anyday for the same price again and promised that he’ll deliver the food for free as a compensation . We called back after 4 weeks and he said he’ll not give any food or compensation. Worst Indian restaurant in Netherlands so far! Do not recommend it at all. P.S. I just noticed that the restaurant has replies to my comment. So here goes to the owner. I do not have to instigate anyone to comment on your service, and have no need need to do that . Your service speaks for itself and I am not surprised that you received more criticism after I commented. Not sure how many more you have disappointed. You cannot silence the customer with your THREATS! You took our money, asked us to return the whole food, (close to €100 worth) and did not neither refund us or stood upon your promise to deliver us the order back. If you go through your previous customer experience history, it is no surprise that you have a habit of bullying your customer who question you either on your quantity or behaviour. This is a public platform and we all (customers) have right to share our opinion, though the truth might be bitter. I have added a picture of the panner pakora that you’ve sent us when we’ve placed the initial order. I’ll leave the rest upto your expert eyes.
