★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hebben 2 uur lang op ons eten moeten wachten terwijl er na de betaling stond 'bezorgd in 49 minuten' Er heen gebeld werd er gezegd, het word nu bezorgd. Wat nog eens 25 minuten duurde... Afwachtende wat de compensatie zou zijn voor een bestelling van €70. Niks... Belachelijk!
 We had to wait for 2 hours for our food while after the payment it said 'delivered in 49 minutes'. Called, it was said, it is now being delivered. Which took another 25 minutes... Waiting to see what the compensation would be for an order of €70. Nothing... Ridiculous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik eet hier altijd super lekkere sushi maar je moet altijd ruim 1,5 uur wachten voordat je je eten binnenkrijgt…. ? en een compensatie ho maar. Vorige keer ook ruim 2 uur gewacht op mijn bestelling.
I always eat super tasty sushi here, but you always have to wait more than 1.5 hours before you get your food…. ? and a compensation anyway. Last time I waited over 2 hours for my order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 19:20 besteld, 20:34 nog steeds in spanning lijkt wel pakjes avond! Zal het aankomen? Toch maar even kijken bij de reviews: ooohhh normaalste zaak voor Hayai sushi om 2 uur over de bezorging te doen. Pak van mijn hart dat het wel gaat binnenkomen, beetje jammer dat etenstijd al een tijdje voorbij is.
19:20 ordered, 20:34 still in suspense seems like a good night! Will it arrive? Anyway, let's take a look at the reviews: ooohhh most normal thing for Hayai sushi to take 2 hours to deliver. Take it from my heart that it will come in, a bit of a shame that dinner time has been over for a while.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered this morning the dream box being respectful end nice. I paid 60 euro to receive at home a sushi box that was smelling bad from far , crab and zalm that was with a terrible smell. You can hurt people in this way. I hope I don't feel bad because I would come to the restaurant with the bill of the hospital. Maybe you can learn to give people food and not unsold fish just to sell. This is not what the restaurant does.

upd: it was delivered next day after noon
their website stated they worked until 00:00 and order was made and paid for at 23:15. person who picked up the contact phone next day told they worked until 22:00. this has to be fixed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The order arrived in 30 minutes, the quality of the sushi was fresh, the price-quality ratio is very good, if you order directly on their website they have special deals and promotions.
So overall I think I’ll be ordering from here in the future.
I was afraid to order because they have a lot of bad reviews regarding the timing, but in my experience when it comes to sushi(or fresh food), if you want to have quality it is normal that it takes time specially during the peak times, because everybody wants to order at the same time.
