Margot heeft mij tips gegeven over mijn keuzes en samen hebben wij mijn voeding aangepast op een manier waar ik mij erg prettig bij voelde. Verder heb ik ontdekt wat voeding voor een effect heeft op mijn lichaam. Dit heeft mij echt geholpen om met vertrouwen verder te gaan!
 For a number of months at health & co, I received great help from Margot. I wanted to know if I was on the right track in terms of nutrition and if I was making good choices. Margot gave me tips about my choices and together we adjusted my diet in a way that I felt very comfortable with. I have also discovered the effect of nutrition on my body.
