Along with one more coach, we worked together in Curacao on creating and implementing a six month program called “Health & Vitality for Employees" based on "Positieve Gezondheid" model and currently we are co-creating an international program called Gift for Lifetime. It is impressive how Caroline can naturally switch from Dutch to English and then to Spanish and even Papiamento. Caroline is very creative and knowledgeable in her field and a top coach and it is a pleasure to see how she helps her clients using methods like Positive Intelligence, Appreciative Inquiry and Road Mapping as some of the tools. It is always a great pleasure to work with her and I can surely recommend her for any type of individual or team coaching/consulting projects.
