★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het is erg fijn om te werken aan je gezondheid en lichaam bij Yvonne. Naast dat je lichaam snel vooruit gaat, is er ook aandacht voor je voeding en levensstijl. Een hele uitkomst als je geen tijd hebt om vaak naar de sportschool te gaan en je naast sport ook aan je levensstijl en voeding wilt werken. Kortom, ik raad deze manier van sporten bij Yvonne ten zeerste aan!!
