★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weet waar je aan begint!! Aan de voorkant is alles goed georganiseerd, maar de backoffice is echt voor verbetering vatbaar! Mijn uitslag ontving ik pas na ruim 30uur!! Organisatie was telefonisch niet bereikbaar en je krijgt geen persoonlijke reactie in de chat. Daar wordt d.m.v een chatbot antwoord gegeven. Ik kies in de toekomst in ieder geval voor een andere organisatie!
Know what you're getting yourself into!! At the front everything is well organized, but the back office can really be improved! I only received my results after more than 30 hours!! Organization was not available by phone and you will not receive a personal response in the chat. An answer is given by means of a chatbot. In any case, I will choose another organization in the future!

Got an instant migraine from it!
From other places; The results usually come in at night ( fore-day morning) I did my test Saturday Morning and it’s now SUNDAY 7am and I’m still waiting on my results!!!!!!!
Very unhappy and not a satisfied customer.
PLEASE GO GET TESTED SOMEWHERE ELSE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a 65 euro PCR test with them, three days before the flight. Got an email from them after the test and nothing later on. They had no phone numbers or emails to contact, Had to get a last minute test done at the airport so my friend could travel. Do not recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very positive experience. Did regular PCR 'group' test to two people. Immediate sample taken at the time of appointment. Very professional and nice people who take the sample, make you at ease before sample collection. Received the results very fast in around 10 hours (it was supposed to be delivered in 12-24 hours). To be honest, I was bit skeptical reading other reviews here and on other websites but it was a good experience for us overall.
