★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In een telefonisch gesprek over reparatie vlogen de bedragen mij direct al om de oren. En die bedragen waren niet gering. Op dat moment was mijn B&O apparatuur op geen enkele manier door u beoordeeld.
Op de achtergrond dacht ik een vintage kassa te horen rinkelen...
Maar, dat is daarmee geen reden om je B&O vintage apparatuur daar te laten servicen. Vele malen te duur.
U heeft inderdaad geen "geschiedenis" met mij.
Dat zal ook niet gebeuren. Ik heb betere oplossingen gevonden.
In a telephone conversation about repair, the amounts immediately flew to my ears. And those amounts were not small. At that time my B&O equipment had not been assessed by you in any way.
In the background I thought I heard a vintage cash register ringing ...
However, that is no reason to have your B&O vintage equipment serviced there. Many times overpriced.
Indeed you have no "history" with me.
That will not happen either. I have found better solutions.

Bought Beovision and had it installed. Months later still very happy with my choice for B&O. It costs a rib out of your body but then you also have something...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you do not live around the corner in Amstelveen or Bussum, you better stay away from this company. The logistic department is not up to date concerning the handling and sending of packages abroad. To refund the VAT they need 3 months. Even though you ask the company to cover a transport insurance, you will not be duly compensated for repair costs after damages occured during transport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought a Beovision 7-55 and Beosound 5 new from Bang & Olufsen Hegeman. They excelled in both delivery, installation and service. There was a small dent in the speaker front, they changed it without a quibble. The installation included pulling cables in the walls, also a job well done. In the years following, I have enjoyed their friendly service and welcoming attitude several times.
