Mijn E-bike is gestolen en dankzij de hulp van Ebikeworld heb ik binnen een week een nieuwe, die opnieuw verzekerd is en weer helemaal netjes is afgesteld. Nauwelijks zelf iets hoeven doen behalve aangifte natuurlijk. TOPSERVICE. Nogmaals hartelijk dank Martijn en Marcel! Super friendly and great service! My E-bike was stolen and thanks to the help of Ebikeworld I have a new one within a week, which is insured again and has been properly adjusted again. Ik ben zeer vriendelijk en uitgebreid geholpen door de eigenaar en een medewerker. De kennis die ze beiden hebben, het geduld en de aandacht waarmee ze mij de ins en outs leerden van een fiets die ze niet eens aan mij hebben verkocht hebben was opmerkelijk te noemen. Echt mensen die geloven in wat ze doen en passie voelen voor hun werk. Ik kan deze zaak alleen maar aanraden en zal mijn onderhoud en toekomstige aankopen bij E-bikeworld.com doen. Visited yesterday to have my second-hand Kalkhoff Agatu 3.I XXL appraised for my insurance. I am very friendly and assisted extensively by the owner and an employee. The knowledge they both have, the patience and the attention with which they taught me the ins and outs of a bike that they did not even sell to me was remarkable. Maar bovenal een erg professioneel en vriendelijk/attent verkoopteam (Martijn en de eigenaar). Hebben alle tijd voor je, zeker ook bij de aflevering. Na lang zoeken bij fietsenzaken in de omgeving van Leiden en Amsterdam, steekt deze zaak er met kop en schouders boven uit. We zijn dan ook erg blij met onze Kalkhoff. What a great bike shop this is! A very nice range of e-bikes (which can also be delivered from stock). But above all, a very professional and friendly / attentive sales team (Martijn and the owner). Have plenty of time for you, especially during delivery. After a long search at bicycle shops in the Leiden and Amsterdam area, this shop stands head and shoulders above the rest. We are therefore very happy with our Kalkhoff.
