Zunächst einmal hat es gedauert, bis jemand den Schaden überhaupt in Augenschein genommen hat und der erforderliche Kostenvoranschlag war nach über zwei Wochen noch nicht erstellt. Der Mitarbeiter konnte mir schnell das gewünschte Ersatzteil zur Verfügung stellen. Und siehe da, es wurde bereits am selben Tag wieder warm im Haus und auch die Warmwasserversorgung war wieder gewährleistet. Wie immer zügig, unkompliziert und erfolgreich. Besten Dank dafür.
