Eine Kurzfristige Übermittlung des Kostenvoranschlags zwecks Kostenübernahme der Krankenkasse wurde zugesichert. Als nach über 4 Wochen kein Kostenvoranschlag vorlag, war ich so ungeduldig und fragte im Büro nach. Man sicherte mir zu, den Chef zu informieren. Nach weiteren 14 Tagen, fragte ich erneut nach, hatte wohl die Kollegin am Telefon, auch sie versicherte mir, den Chef zu informieren, das ich den Kostenvoranschlag bei der Krankenkasse einreichen kann. Als nach weiteren 14 Tagen, die Zweimonatsgrenze anstand, ein erneuter Anruf, man sicherte mir zu, beim Chef nachzufragen und mich zu unterrichten, weil ich nun doch leicht angefressen war und nachfragte, wenn kein Interesse besteht, möge man mich unterrichten. Es erfolgte ein Rückruf, man sagte, der Kostenvoranschlag, sei so gut wie fertig, es fehlten nur Nuancen. Die Woche der 4. zugesicherten Überreichung ist auch überschritten. Ein scheinbar gut ausgelastetes Unternehmen, wo Rechts nicht weiß, was links macht und vollkommen überlastet. On March 29, 2019 had an on-site viewing appointment to make a cost estimate. When after 4 weeks no estimate was available, I was so impatient and asked in the office. I was assured to inform the boss. After another 14 days, I asked again, probably had the colleague on the phone, she also assured me to inform the boss, I can submit the cost estimate to the health insurance. When after another 14 days, the two-month limit was due, a renewed call, they assured me to ask the boss and teach me, because I was now a little bit eaten and asked if there is no interest, may they teach me. There was a call back, it was said that the cost estimate was as good as finished, it lacked only nuances. The week of the 4th guaranteed presentation is also exceeded. Die Mitarbeiter sind immer freundlich und m.E. nach sehr kompetent. Ich bin seit mehreren Jahren Kundin, und bin sehr zufrieden. Als meine Duschkabine vor 3 Wochen zu Bruch ging, kümmerte man sich sofort darum. I can not join my speakers. In my experience, company Mittmann always tries to help as fast as possible. The staff are always friendly and m.E. after very competent. I have been a customer for several years and I am very satisfied. When my shower stall broke 3 weeks ago, they immediately took care of it.
