★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ging voor een nieuwe ford puma , maar een proefrit was niet mogelijk , en een prijs voor mijn inruil Mercedes moest ik 2 dagen op wachten.
Ben weggegaan en heb een nieuwe kia stonic gekocht bij kerres in Maastricht.
 Went for a new Ford Puma, but a test drive was not possible, and I had to wait 2 days for a price for my trade-in Mercedes.
I left and bought a new kia stonic at kerres in Maastricht.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fIjne garage die ons super geholpen hebben toen we van vakantie uit frankrijk terugkeerden en een mankement hadden. Ze hadden ons kunnen verwijzen naar de ANWB via ford assistence programma, maar namen toch de moeite om toch vlak voor sluitingstijd ons te helpen. Bewijst maar weer eens dat je onderhoud bij een dealer laten doen, loont in combi met deze vriendelijke garage. AANRADER !!
Nice garage who helped us super when we returned from vacation from France and had a defect. They could have referred us to the ANWB through the ford assistance program, but still took the trouble to help us just before closing time. Proves once again that having maintenance done by a dealer pays off in combination with this friendly garage. RECOMMENDED!!

Kunnen je niet eens normaal te woord staan laat staan helpen..
Nooit meer een ford...
Worthless company car bought from 37,500. After 60,000 km engine broken.
Can't even talk to you normally let alone help..
Never a Ford again...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik begrijp dat de eventuele verkoop van een auto voorgaat,maar om iemand nu meer dan een half uur te laten wachten die alleen een vraag heeft vind ik toch niet echt professioneel en eigenlijk ook wat onbeschoft! Mijn auto gaat dus echt wel ergens anders in onderhoud.
I understand that the possible sale of a car takes precedence, but to have someone wait for more than half an hour who only has a question is not really professional and actually a bit rude! My car is going to be serviced elsewhere.

Sehr arrogant und unfreundlich !!!
Wir sind mit unserem Wohnmobil liegen geblieben. Totalausfall Elektronik.
Man schickte uns, ohne sich überhaupt einmal das Fahrzeug anzuschauen, wieder weg. Vielleicht in 5 Tagen hätten sie Zeit.
Ich stand dann wie blöd im Laden und keiner hat mich weiter beachtet. Nicht zu empfehlen.
Beim Ford Händler in Heerlen wurden wir herzlich aufgenommen und unser Fahrzeug wurde in einem Tag repariert.
Lieber dort hinfahren, wenn man ein Problem hat !!!

Very arrogant and unfriendly!
We broke down with our mobile home. Total failure of electronics.
We were sent away without even looking at the vehicle. Maybe in 5 days they would have time.
Then I stood in the shop like a fool and nobody paid any attention to me. Not recommendable.
We were warmly welcomed at the Ford dealer in Heerlen and our vehicle was repaired in one day.
Better go there if you have a problem !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For car repairs do not choose Ford Jos Bogman. I brought my car in to get the front passenger side suspension repaired for a noise it was making each time I went over a bump.
After they had the car for three days they returned the car after performing a full 60.000 km service and charged me over €450. Only for an oil change and done inspections. And I did not even request this service!!! And this was from the site manager.
After picking up the car I brought it to Bosch in Meesen and they completed the requested repair under warranty from my original purchase,at no cost to me.
I will no longer bring my business to Jos Bogman and I urge you to avoid them as well to avoid having them perform unrequested services for far too much money as they did with my car.
