★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the positive side: the car was new, very good and the staff polite and helpful. Location is very convenient, 2 min walk from the Central Station. On the negative side: the Internet price was without insurance. I don't know if it is me or the fact that most of their webpages are in Dutch, but that was very annoying. The insurance was +30 or something for one day and I didn't take it. Second, I returned the car at 21:00. Nobody was there (I knew it, that's ok) but there was no free parking either... I had to pay a parking slot around the corner and leave them instructions on how to find the car. And there was no call center open either at that time, to inform them, so really, I don't know why they call their service 24/7. Anyway, car was nice and safe, that's the important thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The car is perfect the site is perfect but the personnel work in Maastricht agency is raciste and not gave me all the information, he was cold and nervous he wanted to accuse me that I make an accident so I hesitated to call the police so I’m désappointed to see some bad person representing a big Society what a shame

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very fine experience. However, there was a lady, who was part of the team, who seemed like she was purposefully looking for the tinniest damage upon the check out. I understand that is necessary, however it felt a bit unfriendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been there twice, first to return the rental car and second to pick up another rental the car. The staffs are very polite and helpful. Their car portfolio are of good quality. The staffs are very knowledgeable. If you are looking for a rental car I reccomend to use Sixt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great and friendly service! I don't remember the name of the man who attended us but he was very hospitable and explained clearly to us the whole procedure of the car rental. Can definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 for the very friendly staff. Professional. For my case, very quiet office as well (no long lines). 3 for the price vs quality of the cars. I think there is a big gap between price offered vs type of cars. I think 180Euro for renting cars (+20Euro gas) is a bit insane. Car was clean, handed very neatly and was a very good car as well.
