★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De Hema is een prima winkel voor goederen en etenswaar. Maar het restaurant viel een beetje tegen. Het servicegoed was vies: op de soepkommen zaten de resten nog op. Een andere klant had problemen met de koffie melk en bij nog een ander was hun drank te zuur. Bij deze klanten werd uiteindelijk met de leidinggevende een goede vriendelijke oplossing geboden. Helaas kreeg ik geen excuses maar werd er snel een schone kom in mijn handen gegeven. Iets vriendelijker uitstraling mag wel voor dit jonge personeel. Ik vind het altijd jammer dat het restaurant van de Hema het op sommige punten net niet goed scoord. Want het kan zeker een prima restaurant zijn waar je heerlijk kan eten.
 De Hema is a great shop for goods and food. But the restaurant was a bit disappointing. The service credit was dirty: the soup bowls still had leftovers. Another customer had problems with the coffee milk and another customer's drink was too sour. For these customers, a good friendly solution was eventually offered together with the manager. Unfortunately I received no apologies but a clean bowl was quickly given into my hands. A slightly friendlier appearance is welcome for this young staff. I always think it's a shame that the Hema restaurant just doesn't score well on some points. Because it can certainly be a great restaurant where you can eat deliciously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De hema winkel is goed, veel spullen en lekker ruim, alleen bij het restaurant is er 1 personeel die daar niet zo vriendelijk overkomt tegen de klanten
The hema store is good, lots of stuff and nice and spacious, only at the restaurant there is 1 staff who does not come across as friendly to customers
