★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miejsce pracy dla wielu osób różnego pochodzenia. Warunki pracy z roku na rok co raz gorsze.Hema zapomniała co to motywacja do pracy. Czesto nie liczą się umiejętności tylko przepracowane lata pracy to demotywuje ludzi w większe angarzowanie się w pracę. Ludzie zaliczają godziny pracy bez wiekszego zaangarzowania bo po co ? Ceny w sklepach i rachunki domowe szybciej rosną niż pensje.
Restauracje dla pracowników oceniam bardzo pozytywnie.
Tanie i dobre obiady.
A workplace for many people of different origins. Year after year working conditions are getting worse and Hema has forgotten what motivation to work is. Often, it is not the skills that count, but the years of work, which demotivates people from greater involvement in work. People pass working hours without too much commitment, because what for? Prices in stores and home bills are rising faster than salaries.
I rate the restaurants for employees very positively.
Cheap and good lunches.
