★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afdeling gebak, brood, vleeswaren willen geen kassa voeren. Personeel verwijst voor betaling naar de kassa voor bij de ingang. Ik verbaas mij over deze actie van het dienstdoende personeel. Ik constateer als ex beveiliger dat de klanten nu met gebak, brood en vleeswaren zonder betaling de winkel verlaten. De kassa bij de ingang zal misschien denken dat deze producten al zijn afgerekend op de betreffende afdeling zoals het zou moeten. Dus vanaf heden alle producten gratis naar huis. Sorry dat ik dit moet constateren als ex beveiliger.
 Cakes, bread, meat products department do not want to run a cash register. For payment, staff refers to the cash register at the entrance. I am surprised at this action by the staff on duty. As an ex-security guard, I note that customers are now leaving the store with cakes, bread and cold cuts without payment. The cash register at the entrance may think that these products have already been paid for in the relevant department as it should be. So from now on all products will go home for free. Sorry to note this as an ex-security guard.

Nu mogen we eindelijk op afspraak winkelen blijkt dat je wel mag kopen ..maar niet retourneren wat al weken..in een doos ligt en te klein geleverd is.....?

Always super happy to shop at the Hema ...... very friendly staff ....
Now we can finally shop by appointment, it turns out that you can buy .. but not return what has been in a box for weeks .. and has been delivered too small .....?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer slecht onvriedelijk personeel, ik vindt als bepaalde vrouwen geen zin hebben om in een winkel te staan moeten ze thuis blijven, als ik wat koop en het product mag niet in de handel worden verkocht, mag het dan wel vriendelijk worden gezecht en niet snauwend op de balie worden gegooid, hier in die zaak zien ze mij niet meer
Very bad unfriendly staff, I think if certain women don't feel like standing in a shop they should stay at home, if I buy something and the product is not allowed to be sold in the trade, can it be said kindly and not snapped at be thrown at the counter, here in that case they don't see me anymore
