★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag een parfum besteld voor kerst. Deze laten bezorgen via click en collect. De dames van de ici paris Beek hebben deze dezelfde dag al thuis bezorgd. De dame aan de telefoon was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Iemand waar je spontaan vrolijk van word. Als kers op de taart heeft ze op mijn verzoek enkele staaltje bij elkaar gezocht van parfums met een houte ondertoon. Als dit geen service is dan weet ik het niet meer.
 Ordered a perfume for Christmas today. Have these delivered via click and collect. The ladies of the ici paris Beek have already delivered these at home the same day. The lady on the phone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Someone who spontaneously makes you happy. As icing on the cake, she has, at my request, collected some samples of perfumes with a woody undertone. If this is not a service then I don't remember.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ging naar de winkel op een zaterdag om wat te kopen. Ten eerste waren er geen medewerkers beschikbaar voor vragen. De 2 in de winkel waren al een tijd dezelfde mensen aan het helpen.
Toen ik wilde gaan afrekenen heb ik 10 minuten vooraan bij de kassa gestaan voor de producten af te rekenen. Niemand kwam naar de kassa. Uiteindelijk ben ik uit de rij gestapt en heb de artikelen terug gezet.
I went to the store on a Saturday to buy some. Firstly, no staff were available for questions. The 2 in the store had been helping the same people for a while.
When I wanted to checkout, I stood at the front of the checkout for 10 minutes to pay for the products. No one came to the register. I eventually got out of line and put the articles back.
