M	Maikel Hoogervorst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Koop hier niets. Om te beginnen stelt Casba levertijden veel te positief voor. Op de bon staat 8-12 weken, verkopers hinten er op dat het eerder 3 weken is. Werd uiteindelijk 16 of 17 weken. Pas na een bepaald aantal weken voorbij de uiterste leverdatum mag je bezwaar maken, maar dan heb je al zo lang gewacht dat je eigenlijk niet anders meer kunt dan verder wachten. En dan begint de ellende pas. Van de tafel en 6 stoelen waren 3 stoelen en de tafel beschadigd. Bij het wisselen (weer een aantal weken wachten) bleek dat men het verkeerde frame besteld had en het spul was weer niet netjes. Nogmaals een aantal weken wachten dus. Tot overmaat van ramp beschadigt het personeel ook nog de vloer. Na veel discussie hierover heb ik een (te) kleine vergoeding gehad, maar op een gegeven moment heb ik het maar laten varen. Bij volgende keer wisselen waren we er klaar mee en hebben we de tafel en stoelen maar geaccepteerd, maar het personeel had weer een beschadiging op de vloer gemaakt. Dit is uiteindelijk een verzekeringskwestie geworden. Kortom, ik koop er niets meer. Don't buy anything here. To begin with, Casba suggests delivery times much too positive. The voucher says 8-12 weeks, sellers hint that it is 3 weeks earlier. Finally became 16 or 17 weeks. Only after a certain number of weeks past may make objections to the delivery date, but then you've waited so long that you can not otherwise more than you actually wait further. And then the misery only begins. Of the table and 6 chairs, 3 chairs and the table were damaged. At the turn (again wait several weeks) showed that it had ordered the wrong frame and the stuff was not nice weather. So a few more weeks of waiting. To make matters worse, the staff also damages the floor. After much discussion about this, I received a (too) small compensation, but at some point I just let it go. exchange we were done with it in next time, and we have a table and chairs but accepted, but the staff had again made a damage to the floor. This has ultimately become an insurance issue. In short, I don't buy anything anymore.

M	Maarten Plaskitt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casba is a Randstad central furniture store offering a very wide selection of major Dutch and international brands under a single roof. If you are looking for a new couch, chairs, table and other home accessories I would suggest you start and end with Casba. They hold an impressive collection on site, with almost ever couch in thier multiple brand catalogues on display. Staff were all excellent and attentive during our visits. The store also boasts a full top floor restaurant with a great selection of typical Dutch lunch time eats. I cannot recommend Casba more for those looking for some new furniture or just some inspiration.
