 Bought a TV by appointment yesterday. Knowledge, good explanation and nice staff. Just proves that local shopping is preferred after all. Keep it up, until the next TV or something else ....

Nothing to disapprove of Van Amelsfoort, But you have to sit straight in front of the TV I bought, otherwise you have a bad picture unlike our old plasma TV, my purchase was a neon qled 50qn93a price 1499 euros, I expected more , Shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am never buying from them again. A year and a half ago they sold me a TV. One day, the TV stopped working without any visible reason so I took it to the shop because it was still in guarranty. After confirming that there was no outside damage Patrick said that he had so sent it to LG because they had to do further investigation. What was my surprise when almost three weeks later I make contact with them cause they never called me back and Patrick again tells me that the TV is a total loss and there is nothing they can do and they are giving me nothing back.
Two days later I go back to the shop and I see a huge bump on the screen that wasn't there before and eventhough Patrick saw that the TV had no outside damage, he is now saying that he can't do anything because there is no record from the state of the TV when we took it to the shop. The TV was 500€. 500€ that I will never get back and van Amersfoort has gain from me. I am not giving it 0 stars because it is not possible, but be careful before buying from them, they are not profesional or serious and nobody should buy from them at all.
