★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Arzthelferinnen behandeln dich wegen eines anfallenden PCR Tests wie einen Aussätzigen, reagieren unfreundlich und genervt auf Nachfragen am Telefon und finden ganz offensichtlich viele Ausreden dafür, so wenig Aufwand wie möglich für die Patienten zu betreiben. Die Behandlung vom Arzt war OK, die Praxis ist dennoch nicht weiterzuempfehlen. Zum Glück war das nur ein Vertretungsfall!
The medical assistants treat you like a leper because of an upcoming PCR test, react unfriendly and annoyed to inquiries on the phone and obviously find many excuses for making as little effort as possible for the patients. The treatment from the doctor was OK, but the practice cannot be recommended. Luckily that was just a stand-in case!
