★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nice store but terrible customer service - I came to pick up a package on Monday, I told him my name and he refused to look for it. So I called UPS and they confirmed it was there.
So I came back the next day, he looked for the package said he couldn't find it, so I asked him again to check and he found it. Why did I have to ask you so many times to thoroughly check every package?
Then to make matters worse I wasn't allowed to take the package until I paid import taxes which I already did 3 days prior. I showed him the payment from my bank on the phone, he still said I would have to pay. So I called UPS in front of him, the agent was on speaker phone and she said it would be fine for me to take the package without paying again.
He clearly heard her say that, but yet he still wouldn't let me leave without paying the 26 euro import taxes. He told me I would have to email them and get a refund. So I paid AGAIN just to get the package + I even bought a pair sandals.
From one business owner to another, the audacity to waste someone's time like that over your own carelessness just astounds me. A simple task should not be that complicated that it took 2 days and 2 phone calls to UPS to figure out, and now an email to customer service. If you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen.
