β β β β β Friendly staff and a good selection of products, toys and video games. Often good prices too. Downstairs under the Gelderlandplein shopping centre, but the stairs are easy (unlike many in Amsterdam) and there is a lift.

β β β β β A lot of choice, a bit crammed into a tiny space. Service heavily depends on the personnel. One older lady very helpful, young adult employees usually very uninterested and do not offer much of a friendly service

β β β β β It is not as big as many other toys shop, and it is underground, so there are many stairs to go down (or an option with a small elevator). Other than that is a good shop, with nice people. It is often quite busy.
