★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer tevreden met de mand! Precies wat ik zocht, de kleur, vorm en structuur voldoen volledig aan mijn verwachtingen op basis van de foto's op de website. Zeer degelijk materiaal.
De levering was wat vertraagd maar we zijn correct geïnformeerd hierover.
 Very satisfied with the basket! Exactly what I was looking for, the color, shape and structure fully meet my expectations based on the photos on the website. Very solid material.
The delivery was somewhat delayed but we have been informed correctly about this.

Niet telefonisch bereikbaar en het door mij bestelde en begin december reeds betaalde artikel, welke volgens hun website toen wel op voorraad zou zijn, blijken ze steeds niet te kunnen leveren. Ik mag nu iets anders uitzoeken wat wel op voorraad is. Het moet niet gekker worden. Ik wil ontvangen wat ik heb besteld en betaald en niets anders. Maar ik krijg niet mijn geld terug. Dit heb ik nog nooit mee gemaakt.
A very customer-unfriendly store. Not available by phone and the item I ordered and already paid for at the beginning of December, which according to their website would be in stock at the time, they always seem unable to deliver. I can now look for something else that is in stock. It shouldn't get any crazier. I want to receive what I ordered and paid for and nothing else. But I don't get my money back. I've never done this before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb 2 wasmanden besteld. In de beschrijving werd aangegeven dat deze zwart waren. Bij ontvangst was duidelijk dat deze bruin zijn. Helaas past dit niet bij onze badkamer. Mail gestuurd met het verzoek kostenloos te retourneren (dus ook zonder verzendkosten) omdat ik niet heb ontvangen wat ik heb besteld. Tot op heden nog geen reactie hierop ontvangen. Vandaar via deze weg in de hoop dat ik snel een positieve reactie zal ontvangen.
I ordered 2 laundry baskets. It was stated in the description that these were black. Upon receipt it was clear that these are brown. Unfortunately this does not fit our bathroom. Sent an email with the request to return for free (including shipping costs) because I have not received what I ordered. To date no response has been received. Hence through this road in the hope that I will receive a positive response soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst online shopping experience ever. Ordered a cabinet at het mandenhuys. It took more than 3 month to be delivered. Since we weren't home, the package was dropped on the streets. The cabinet in the box was damaged. We had to send it back. Another 3 month and countless emails later, we finally received the refund. During the whole process customer service was hardly responsive to any of our messages. Never again!

I ordered a coffee table from this place, the item said it was ‘in stock’, however it took 3 months to arrive. When I chased customer service they said it was coming from Indonesia, so it definitely wasn’t ‘in stock’.
After waiting 3 months it arrived WITHOUT a glass top, meaning I can’t even use it! I have emailing customer support and NO REPLY AT ALL. Customer service please contact me ASAP I cannot use the table I bought 3 months ago!! I also double checked the advertisement on the website and the item should have had the glass top.
I wish I read all the horrible reviews before ordering from this website. Do not trust an item listed as ‘in stock’ as you will be waiting weeks and weeks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not advise buying here. Ordered laundry baskets in March and the website didn't say it was out of stock. I later received an email that they were out of stock and I'd receive them in April. Then another email to say June. Then I emailed and asked when it would come, I heard it would take until July. So I requested a refund because I didn't want to wait any longer. Heard nothing back. Emailed again. Nothing. Finally after the 3rd email in 10 days, they finally issued a refund. It all just seems unorganized and unprofessional.
