★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op 6 mei een pijp besteld en middels Ideal betaald tot op heden de bestelling nog niet mogen ontvangen. Na een telefonisch contact op 13 mei werd mij verteld dat men zat te wachten op de pijpen kop . Tevens bij de bestelling geen order en betaal bevestigingsmail.
Ik neem mijn verlies van bijna 50 euro maar zal hier nooit weer wat bestellen of deze zaak aanraden . Diep triest dat de communicatie tussen winkel en consument zo hopeloos slecht iS
 Ordered a pipe on May 6 and paid through Ideal to date have not yet received the order. After a telephone contact on May 13, I was told that they were waiting for the pipe head. Also with the order no order and pay confirmation email.
I take my loss of almost 50 euros but will never order or recommend this business again. Deeply sad that the communication between shop and consumer is so hopelessly bad
