''nul-uren-contract' werkzaam, de rest is in vaste dienst. En daar zit 'em de crux. Aangezien Heutink toeleverancier is voor het onderwijs (studieboeken en materialen) heeft men in de periode van schoolvakanties minder werk voor de 'nul-uurder' en deze wordt dan ook in die periode minder uren ingezet. Maar, ik kwam er achter dat, wanneer je (bijvoorbeeld) een half jaar werkzaam bent geweest bij het bedrijf, je recht hebt op het gemiddelde van de in de laatste 3 maanden gewerkte uren. Ik heb dit dan ook geclaimd. Men gaf toe dat ik gelijk had en vroeg dan ook hóe ik dat wist (...). Ach ja, vervolgens kreeg ik netjes het te weinig uitgekeerde salaris uitgekeerd, maar met één restrictie: vertel het NIET tegen je collega's! Voor MIJ was de druppel dat - met Kerst - het vaste personeel een kerstpakket ontving PLUS een envelop met inhoud (150 euro) en wij - als 'nul uurders'... NIETS. Daarop heb ik floormanager Barry geconfronteerd met de vraag ''of dat nu wel zo slim was'. Want, álles komt uit.. en uiteraard druppelde deze info ook binnen bij de 'nul-uurders'. 'Ben je niet bang dat je op deze manier de 'nul-uurders' demotiveert?', vroeg ik hem. HIj antwoordde: ''Je kunt MIJN fles champagne wel krijgen (...)''. Ja, DAT was de clou niet... Ik probeerde alleen maar mee te denken en te voorkomen dat er onvrede op de werkvloer zou ontstaan. Resumerend., ik heb vervolgens een aantal keren getracht een gesprek aan te vragen bij de directie (Jessica Heutink), maar daar had men geen oren naar. Erg vreemd. Nogmaals, prima werkomstandigheden en verder absoluut niks mis mee. Maar, men zou in feite van die vermaledijde 'nul-uren' contracten af moeten. Zou tenminste fair zijn naar deze groep noeste werkers... Excellent working conditions, favorable working hours. Nice team of colleagues, there at Heutink. However, the majority of the staff works on the basis of a so-called 'zero-hours contract', the rest are permanent employees. And therein lies the crux. Since Heutink is a supplier for education (study books and materials), there is less work for the 'zero hour employee' during the school holidays and fewer hours are therefore deployed during that period. However, I found out that if you have worked for the company (for example) for half a year, you are entitled to the average of the hours worked in the last 3 months. So I claimed this. They admitted that I was right and asked how I knew that (...). Oh well, then I was neatly paid the underpaid salary, but with one restriction: DO NOT tell your colleagues! For ME, the last straw was that - at Christmas - the permanent staff received a Christmas package PLUS an envelope with content (150 euros) and we - as 'zero hours'... NOTHING. I then confronted floor manager Barry with the question ''whether that was so smart'. Because, everything comes out.. and of course this information also trickled in to the 'zero-hourers'. 'Aren't you afraid that you will demotivate the 'zero-hourers' in this way?” I asked him. He replied: ''You can have MY bottle of champagne (...)''. Yes, THAT was not the point... I was only trying to think along and prevent dissatisfaction in the workplace. In summary, I then tried a number of times to request a meeting with the management (Jessica Heutink), but they were not interested. Very strange. Again, excellent working conditions and absolutely nothing wrong with it. However, one should in fact get rid of those damned 'zero hours' contracts. Would at least be fair to this group of diligent workers...
S	Scrub Placeholder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bestelling gedaan bij Heutink voor thuis. Verkeerde product gekregen in een kapotte doos, product had ook schade. Uiteraard terug gestuurd en mijn geld terug gekregen. Opzich heel slecht, maar daarvoor zou ik nog niet 1 ster geven. Dit doe ik wel omdat ik mij NOOIT aanmeld voor reclame mails. En wat krijg ik? Een reclame mail. Meteen afgemeld en deze review geschreven. Ordered at Heutink for home. Wrong product received in a broken box, product also had damage. Of course I sent it back and got my money back. Very bad, but I wouldn't give 1 star for that. I do this because I NEVER sign up for advertising emails. And what do I get? An advertising email. Immediately unsubscribed and wrote this review.
