β β β β β Vestiging Doetinchem scoort zwaar onvoldoende op service en klantvriendelijkheid. Heb binnen 11/2 jaar twee Milwaukee gereedschappen stuk. Verkopers vertellen bij de sales er niet bij dat je je online moet aanmelden voor nog eens 1 of 2 jr garantie. Hoe dan ook, de verkoper verbaast zich over je terechte klacht (boorkop versleten binnen het jaar, met voorboren in hout!?) en zegt je letterlijk dat je je niet zo druk moet maken over "die paar centen", liegt vervolgens glashard over een mondelinge deal mbt reparatie en korting qua kosten en zegt ook nog eens dat hij anders "stappen onderneemt" tegen jou als je de reparatie niet betaald?! Enkele 1000-en euros bij van Buuren besteed maar de service en klantvriendelijkheid zijn ongelooflijk ver te zoeken, cq zeer onbeschoft. Advies: 1 Koop er geen Milwaukee 12v gereedschap, en check alle garantiebepalingen goed na voor aanschaf bij v Buuren, want ze vergoeden niets bij snelle onbruikbaarheid, cq worden verbaal bot en agressief bij klacht afhandeling.
The Doetinchem location scores badly on service and customer-friendliness. Broke two Milwaukee tools in 11/2 years. Sellers don't tell sales to sign up online for another 1 or 2 year warranty. Anyway, the seller is surprised at your justified complaint (drill chuck worn out within a year, with pre-drilling in wood!?) and literally tells you not to worry so much about "those few cents", then lies blatantly about a verbal deal with regard to repair and discount in terms of costs and also says that he will otherwise "take steps" against you if you do not pay for the repair?! Spent a few 1000 euros at Van Buuren, but the service and customer-friendliness are incredibly hard to find, or very rude. Advice: 1 Do not buy Milwaukee 12v tools, and check all warranty conditions carefully before purchasing from v Buuren, because they do not reimburse anything in the event of rapid unusability, or become verbally blunt and aggressive when handling a complaint.
