★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gewoon een goede zaak. Je moet alleen even weten bij welke balie je wat moet doen anders voelt het als kastje muur bij het retourneren van goederen.
Just a good thing. You just need to know at which counter you have to do what, otherwise it will feel like a cupboard wall when returning goods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik had gebeld naar het call centrum en er was nog 1 artikel wat ik zocht op voorraad in panningen... Normaal ga ik naar Venray of Helmond! In Helmond werd ik zeer onvriendelijk te woord gestaan! Op naar panningen gebeld 2x ja nog 1 op voorraad. De medewerker van call center zei als je nu gaat geen probleem is er nog... Maar helaas de zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame jongens achter de balie gezocht konden hem niet vinden. Deze jongens verbaasde zich erover dat ze niet eerst contact op hebben genomen om te reserveren want nu heb ik dus 1 uur in de auto gezeten voor Jan Doedel!! De jongens boden hun excuus terwijl hun er niets aan konden doen!!!
I had called the call center and there was still 1 item I was looking for in stock in panningen... Normally I go to Venray or Helmond! In Helmond I was treated very unfriendly! Called to panningen 2 x yes still 1 in stock. The employee of the call center said if you go now no problem there is still... But unfortunately the very friendly and helpful guys behind the counter couldn't find him. These guys were surprised that they didn't contact them first to make a reservation because now I spent 1 hour in the car for Jan Doedel!! The boys apologized when they couldn't help it!!!

Bought windshield washer fluid and new mats for the car. Was helped well and professionally ?
