F	Frederique Molenaar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De eerste cursus aardrijkskunde vwo was ik tevreden over. Hele goede begeleiding. Daarna wilde ik Koreaans doen bij NHA. Deze cursus is te duur voor een cursusboek zonder begeleiding. In het Engels. Weer inschrijfgeld moeten bellen en de mp3's zijn niet afluisterbaar op een mobiel(Android) dus erg onpraktisch. Contact met ze opgenomen hierover en over hoge prijs en beide dingen konden niet opgelost worden. Mevrouw aan de telefoon was vriendelijk maar heeft uiteindelijk niet kunnen helpen. Cursus was 15 dagen op proef en dus teruggestuurd. Moest zelf verzendkosten betalen. Dus even geen NHA meer. I was satisfied with the first geography pre-university course. Very good guidance. After that I wanted to do Korean at NHA. This course is too expensive for a course book without guidance. In English. Again registration fee had to call and the mp3's are not listenable on a mobile (Android) so very impractical. Contacted them about this and about high price and both things could not be resolved. The lady on the phone was friendly but was unable to help in the end. Course was on trial for 15 days and so sent back. Had to pay for shipping myself. So no more NHA for a while.

b	bernardo pauline on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How can you learn dutch if the WHOLE material is in dutch- and you call customer service telling them at least some documentation should be in English- they a acknowledge that a lot of people call to complain about that but that they will do nothing about it and that you should know a bit of dutch to get started... SCANDALOUS

Then after 2 months i still dont have it while they have promised me twice it will come next week. Now I am trying to get hold of them over the phone and they never answer. DO NOT BUY Courses from them especially if you are Dutch and live in another country
P	Penny De Vries on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Look I'm sure by the end of this course I might have a different feeling about this company, but right now I'm none too impressed. I signed up to do a 'learn Dutch' course, and literally everything is in Dutch... which i get. But like, "welcome: here's everything you need to know about succeeding in your course" how the heck am i meant to know what i need to do if i can't understand it? Way to throw a girl in the deep end. Thank Google gods for Google translate... eye roll
R	Richard Donovan Mc Bride on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After taking a course in HRM, I kept up with my payments up till I had no income for 3 months and could really not pay the monthly instalment. After contacting the company and made arrangements for my payments to shift up 1 month, I still received a demand letter of my outstanding amount and that if I dont pay, it would be forwarded for collection and would add extra costs to my account. On receipt, I contacted the company again where I was told to ignore the notice as a arrangement was made. Then I received a final notice with the heading, we are disappointed that you made no attempt to pay or make arrangements. This was not true, as i had contacted them. I also noted that the legal department want to incasso and charge me debt collecting fees on the full amount, and not only the amount that was outstanding. After making contact again, the employee was not friendly or assisting. He refused to send a notice that an arrangement was made and c0ontinue to call me a liar as i informed him of the final notice I received. This is not a way to continue with your clients!!! especially when many people are having difficulties in making end meet due to corona lockdown. Furthermore, I was invoiced double for this month with the indication that if not paid, debt collecting fees would be added. Untrustworthy, Unprofessional and unethical attitude is all you get.
