β β β β β Geen afspraken mee te maken, werknemers maken bij het plaatsen veel fouten en herstellen deze ondeskundig, klachten indienen mondeling en schriftelijk gaf geen reactie, zodat externe hulp nodig was. Nu na 5 maanden nog niet naar tevredenheid door Hiemstra opgelost.
Betaal vooral ook niet direct, daar zijn ze heel dwingend in om de klant daarna met de problemen te laten zitten.
In onze nieuwbouw wijk staan ze nu als prutsers bekend, niet aan te raden dus om bij Hiemstra je tuinhuis te bestellen ondanks dat het kwalitatief mooi hout is.
No agreements to be made, employees make a lot of mistakes when placing them and they correct them inexpertly, submitting complaints orally and in writing did not respond, so external help was needed. Now not satisfactorily resolved by Hiemstra after 5 months.
Also don't pay directly, they are very compelling to leave the customer with the problems afterwards.
In our new-build neighborhood they are now known as prutsers, so it is not advisable to order your garden house at Hiemstra even though it is high-quality wood.

β β β β β De jongens van Hiemstra hebben bij ons een prachtige overkapping gemaakt. Toen tijdens de bouw bleek dat er een schoor te kort kwamen, kwamen ze die de volgende dag nog plaatsen.
Zeer tevreden over het geleverde werk en de service!
The Hiemstra boys have made a beautiful roof for us. When it turned out during construction that a strut was missing, they came to install it the next day.
Very satisfied with the work done and the service!

β β β β β Jaren geleden heb ik een grote garage laten plaatsen. Dat is prima uitgevoerd.
Echter nu is één van de raamdorpels aan vervanging toe.
heb al maanden geleden een verzoek gedaan om deze raamdorpel te verzenden zodat ik deze kan vervangen.
Er is toegezegd dat deze geleverd zou worden maar dat is tot op heden niet gebeurd.
Heb er diverse e-mails en telefoontjes aan gewaagd en er wordt steeds gezegd: komt goed"maar er gebeurt niets.
Ben erg teleurgesteld in de service.
Years ago I had a large garage installed. That is well executed.
However, now one of the window sills needs to be replaced.
I made a request months ago to send this window sill so I can replace it.
It was promised that it would be delivered but that has not happened so far.
Have tried several e-mails and phone calls and it is always said: it will be fine" but nothing happens.
Am very disappointed with the service.

β β β β β Zeer slechte ervaring met dit bedrijf.
Tuinhuis laten plaatsen in maart 2021.
Na een paar weken zaten de planken zo ver van elkaar, dat de regen naar binnen kwam.
Na heel veel bellen kwamen ze het oplossen, maar echt zo lelijk gedaan, planken niet de zelfde lengte enzo en de balkjes op de hoeken sluiten niet netjes op de kopkanten van de planken, dus met regen komt het water hier door naar binnen.
Deur sluit niet netjes, 2cm kier aan de onderkant, plus hij klemt.
Bellen, appen, mailen heeft geen zin want ze reageren gewoon niet, als je al een afspraak met ze kan maken sms'en ze smorgens op de dag af, om vervolgens niets meer van zich te laten horen.
KOOP NIETS BIJ DIT BEDRIJF, ZEER ZEER SLECHT
Very bad experience with this company.
Have a garden house installed in March 2021.
After a few weeks, the planks were so far apart that the rain came in.
After a lot of bubbles they solved it, but really badly done, planks not the same length and so on and the bars on the corners don't close neatly on the ends of the planks, so with rain the water comes in through here.
Door does not close properly, 2 cm gap at the bottom, plus it clamps.
Calling, texting, e-mailing makes no sense because they simply don't respond, if you can make an appointment with them, they text them on the same day in the morning, and then don't hear from them again.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, VERY VERY BAD
