About Hildernisse
U mag van ons creatieve gerechten verwachten tegen een uitstekende prijs-kwaliteit verhouding waarbij Edwin de klassieke keuken als basis heeft maar niet schuwt van invloeden vanuit Azië, Zuid-Amerika of Afrika. Edwin’s kookstijl typeert zich door de mix van velen smaken die elkaar vinden en tot elkaar komen. Onze bedoeling is dat u zich bij ons thuis voelt, wij willen een warme ambiance creëren, met een losse sfeer. Bij ons is de wijnliefhebber op z’n plek, Sjoerd staat te popelen om zijn wijnkaart aan u te mogen tonen of één van de wijnen uit het weloverwogen wijnarrangement te schenken.
Sinds 2018 zijn wij ook aangesloten bij Restaurant Zeeland. Een selectie van verfijnde restaurants in Zeeland, nauwkeurig geselecteerd op culinaire kwaliteiten, vakkundig gastheerschap en met een klassiek – moderne oorsprong.
Wij hopen u binnenkort te mogen ontvangen in ons restaurant, om u een culinaire en mooie avond uit te bezorgen!

β β β β β Very poor! Terrible communication. I made a reservation on their website (which they confirmed) only for my wife and I to discover that the restaurant was closed. We later found out on Google that the Hildernisse does not open on Mondays, even though our reservation was confirmed directly by the restaurant. We were forced to search for another restaurant to celebrate our anniversary, which was quite difficult as most were very busy. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
