Tram and metro station is just opposite making it incredibly convenient to use public transportation. The staff were warm, welcoming and answer all questions. Explanation on the room benefits and the additional charges such as tourist tax should also be provided upon welcome. The rooms are spacious, well lit and ventilated. The room setup is a bit old style. Redesigning the rooms to suit the modern taste will make it more awesome. My son was provided with a drawing kit and a goody bag that he loved. It keep him engaged in the evenings. It was well thought out. The breakfast spread is good with fruits, juices, fresh breads, eggs, mushrooms, etc.
A	Angelique Preud'homme on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay at the Rotterdam Hilton was fantastic ! Very friendly staff, the (Belgian) receptionist gave us a very warm welcome ! And the bar and restaurant staff were there with a smile and gave the best service one could imagine. Food was superb, for both lunch and dinner. And the hotel was very (covid) clean and pleasant. When checking out, again the receptionist was another very nice person. I am already looking forward to our next stay next year during springtime !

The staff is amazing and truly hospitality persons,our stay was amazing, personal attendant staff. I need to mention Timothy and Paulo of FO,Allan @ breakfast make our breakfast every morning fantastic.Andres @ the bar is a fantastic hospitality person and last but not least Paula at the lounge . Overall a great experience at these hotel.

The breakfast food and views feom the room was great. But - when we arrived we actually changed 3 rooms because they were too dirty. Although the rooms had the “covid-19 cleaning seal” on them you could see the floors and desks were dirty. We stayed in the hotel for 12 nights and noticed quite many dusty places that definitely had not been cleaned in a while. Quite an unpleasant surprise for a 5 star hotel. But the staff made our stay as pleasant as they could. We had never experienced such a nice welcoming before.

Many restaurants in the area, as well as theatres, museums, and shopping. Great view of the surrounding area. Hotel was exceptionally clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Most staff members do speak English, so there was no problem communicating. Prior to trip, I did purchase the rail pass, which included great discount booklet to save on museum visits through Rotterdam and Amsterdam. Lots of savings. Currency is in Euros. It is better to use credit card for purchases. The exchange fees were pretty hefty. Despite being close to transportation, the room was insulated and sounds were to a bare minimum, if any. Would definitely visit again.

The hotel is within a 10 minute walking distance from the station and the city centre where most of the shops are located. The restaurant has a nice and large bar which also serves as the breakfast room. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of traditional choices but lacks local products and some ‘love’. The staff however is very friendly and ready to pamper you as a guest. The bar at night is cosy and offers good quality drinks but the staff likes to linger around the bar instead of serving. We’ve been a few times and we’ll go back.
L	Lars W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centrally located, parking nearby. The rooms are comfortable, modern and contemporary. Are not noisy and offer a quiet workplace. Room facilities are excellent. Room service/in room dining is excellent and affordable. Staff interacts correctly and offer help with all questions. They make you feel at home and as it was new year offer special deals like "oliebbollen" and champagne. Shops are within walking distance sadly they were closed due to corona. Last time my experience was less positive but this stay makes up for it again. Great work!
