P	Pim Schnater on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onze ervaringen met Feikema Notariaat waren dusdanig positief dat wij wederom gebruik wilde maken van de diensten. Inmiddels bleek het kantoor onder een andere naam zijn werkzaamheden uit te voeren. Het kantoor blijkt slecht bereikbaar. Wanneer je een terugbelafspraak maakt belt zowel de secretaresse danwel de notaris niet terug. Omdat wij binnen twee weken uitsluitsel moesten geven aan de kopers, is het zeer te betreuren dat het ook twee weken kost om überhaupt in contact te komen met een medewerker.... Uiteindelijk heb ik geen enkel contact meer gehad met dit kantoor, ook de beheerder van de VvE heeft geen enkel bericht mogen ontvangen. Het getuigd van een zeer onprofessionele houding wat zeker niet gewenst is bij notariële zaken. Om die reden adviseer ik om een ander notariaat te zoeken dat aantoonbaar betrouwbaarder is. Our experiences with Feikema Notariaat were so positive that we wanted to use the services again. In the meantime, the office appeared to carry out its activities under a different name. The office appears to be difficult to reach. When you make a call-back appointment, both the secretary or the notary do not call back. Because we had to give a definite answer to the buyers within two weeks, it is very regrettable that it also takes two weeks to get in touch with an employee at all .... In the end I have not had any contact with this office, nor has the VvE manager received any messages. It shows a very unprofessional attitude, which is certainly not desirable for notarial matters. For that reason, I recommend that you seek a different notarial profession that is demonstrably more reliable.

De medewerkers waren vriendelijk en goed bereikbaar en hebben aardig wat hobbels voor ons weggenomen. Prettig is ook de duidelijkheid over hun tarieven; geen verrassingen. Aanrader! Reliably and professionally assisted in the refinancing of our mortgage. The employees were friendly and easily accessible and have removed quite a few bumps for us. The clarity about their rates is also pleasant; no surprises. Recommended!

Zo verdien je je geld wel. 3 Kwartier moeten wachten, 65 euro betaald en dan een bijna leeg uittreksel.....Menselijkheid zit er niet in bij deze notaris. 65 Euro lighter for an almost empty extract from a will. That's how you earn your money. Had to wait 3 quarters, paid 65 euros and then an almost empty extract ..... Humanity is not in it with this notary.

A	A. Louman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer slechte ervaring met dit kantoor. Het gesprek met de notaris was de enige goede ervaring. De office-manager/ administratie is een drama! Absolute afrader. - Verkeerde adres op de offerte, bij navraag bij office manager zich achter de AVG schuilen, dat ze niet kunnen zeggen hoe dit mogelijk is geweest. - Meerdere mails waarin informatie werd gevraagd die al in bezit was. - Zes keer mailwisseling gehad na het gesprek, in elke mail stond verkeerde informatie, of werd er naar iets gevraagd wat al bekend was. Gebeld, situatie uitgelegd, dat er vertrouwen moet zijn en de enige reactie was. ''Dan moet u maar naar een ander kantoor.'' Vervolgens gevraagd of de notaris kon terugbellen, nooit gebeurd. Uiteraard na de 6e mail waar weer om testamenten werd gevraagd die al in hun bezit waren, dossier laten sluiten. Gelukkig hoefden wij niets te betalen na het sluiten van het dossier (wat gezien de situatie meer dan terecht was). Dit gaf ons het signaal dat we de juiste keuze hadden gemaakt. Inmiddels zijn we goed geadviseerd door een ander kantoor, hebben we een offerte die bijna de helft (!!) goedkoper is en is het allemaal snel geregeld. Voor ons een absolute afrader door de chaos en zeer slechte communicatie vaardigheden van de office manager. Very bad experience with this office. The conversation with the notary was the only good experience. The office manager / administration is a drama! Absolute recommendation. - Wrong address on the quote, when inquiring with the office manager they hide behind the AVG, that they cannot say how this was possible. - Multiple emails requesting information that was already in possession. - Had six emails after the conversation, each email contained wrong information, or was asked about something that was already known. Called, situation explained, that there must be trust and was the only response. "Then you should go to another office." Then asked if the notary could call back, never happened. Of course, after the 6th email where again wills were asked for that were already in their possession, have the file closed. Fortunately, we didn't have to pay anything after closing the file (which was more than justified given the situation). This signaled to us that we had made the right choice. We have now been well advised by another office, we have a quote that is almost half (!!) cheaper and it is all arranged quickly. An absolute recommendation for us due to the chaos and very poor communication skills of the office manager.

It 'smells' trustworthy and from the welcome, through the nitty-witties of the contracts and what have you, it all has a professional touch. The people are friendly, professional and helpful. Your needs are satisfied within save environment. Would I recommend them? For sure!
