Ik moest als koper een digitaal document ondertekenen vanwege Covid 19 zgn?
Een hele prijslijst erbij die ik moest goedkeuren. Niettedoen.nl
Testamenten van mijn ouders moeten overleggen die niet relevant waren voor de overdracht.
Vooral nietdoendus.
 It is unbelievable what this notary asks the buyer while the house is being sold costs the buyer. Sellers chose this notary because this office was the cheapest.
As a buyer, I had to sign a digital document because of Covid 19 so-called?

Must submit wills from my parents that were not relevant to the transfer.
Especially not doing so.

β β β β β Their secretary wrote us an email weeks before the appointment, confirming that it is my responsibility to decide if I want to proceed with the purchasing agreement without a translator.
So since I already have experience with this act of purchase, and since I know the contract I was going to sign by heart, I decided to proceed without translator.
Unfortunately on the day of the appointment the notary decided to stop the purchase agreement, unless I have a translator, in the end they found a translator and charged me way too much, including costs for the seller, costs for the extra time, and the bill was almost twice as much.
Since they made an important mistake on their end by confirming something wrong, we could have at least share the extra costs!
