Good platform to bring people together who would otherwise have difficulty finding each other. Website for me as an older a bit unclear.

Je kan geen boekingen meer invoeren, als de hulp al in het huis is en telefonisch overleggen is er helaas niet bij. The help is fine. The website is made in such a way that you no longer have personal contact with hlprs. Nice website for a revenue model. You can no longer enter bookings, if the help is already in the house and telephone consultation is unfortunately not there.

Netjes een profiel aangemaakt en een stuk of 8 van de voorgestelde schoonmaaksters geselecteerd, maar geen enkele reactie gehad. Vervolgens stuurt hlprs het verzoek naar meer schoonmaaksters, maar ook dit leverde niks op. Ik woon in een stad in het midden van het land, dus niet in een uithoek. Nice concept and clear site, but it doesn't work. Neatly created a profile and selected about 8 of the proposed cleaners, but had no response. Hlprs then sends the request to more cleaning ladies, but this also yielded nothing. I live in a city in the middle of the country, so not in a remote corner.

Ook heb ik geen factuur ontvangen. Alleen een link naar hun website om de rekening te betalen. Hierdoor is het onmogelijk de factuur alsnog te betalen. Warning, an invoice has been sent to the collection, but the legal term has not yet expired. In addition, I do not see the invoice on my own web environment. I also did not receive an invoice. Few day later I received an invoice. Please avoid this service at all cost! I deeply regret wasting the time.
