★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich versuche die Praxis seit 8 Uhr zu erreichen. Es ist schon 12 Uhr. Immer war besetzt und habe alle 5 Minuten angerufen. Ich rufe um 12 Uhr nochmal an und dann kam die Durchsage das die Praxis jetzt zu hat obwohl auf der Internetseite bis 13 Uhr geöffnet ist. Die Ärzte sind super nett, aber das weiß ich nur weil ich schonmal dort gewesen bin. Aber das geht nur wenn man die dort erreicht und eine Termin dann bekommt.
 I've been trying to reach the practice since 8 a.m. It's already 12 o'clock. It was always busy and called every 5 minutes. I call again at 12 noon and then the announcement came that the practice is now closed even though the website is open until 1 p.m. The doctors are super nice, but I only know that because I've been there before. But that is only possible if you can reach them there and then get an appointment.
