Goed advies en keurige nette afspraken gemaakt. Zo stond onze tuintafel dus netjes gemonteerd en wel in de tuin. En nog voorbehandeld ook! Top service!! Very neatly and nicely helped! Even though I have not seen the people of this store physically, I had great contact by phone! Good advice and neat agreements made. So our garden table was neatly mounted in the garden. And pre-treated too! Top service !!

Der Service war anfangs sehr gut mein Kontakt war Claudia allerdings war unser Bett schon nach 6 Monaten durchgelegen (als ob man in einem loch liegt in der Mitte des Bettes ist es angenehm aber man rollt automatisch wieder in das „Loch“) und ich fragte ob es einen Außendienst gibt bzw habe Fotos übersendet usw. Darauf hin hat sich niemand mehr gekümmert keine Mail Antworten mehr kein Telefon. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht ! Das Bett ist von Serta Angeblich die welt besten Matratzen so wirbt man zumindestens … Da die Betten angeblich in sehr guten Hotels stehen habe ich damit einfach nicht gerechnet ! I bought a bed there for almost 8000€. the Service was very good at first, my contact was Claudia, but our bed was already worn out after 6 months (as if you were in a hole is in the middle of the bed, it's comfortable, but you automatically roll back into the "hole") and I asked if there was a field service or I sent photos, etc. After that, nobody took care of it anymore, no more email replies, no more telephone. I am very disappointed ! The bed is from Serta Supposedly the world's best mattresses, at least that's what they advertise... Since the beds are said to be in very good hotels, I just didn't expect them!

B	B Vugt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nadat we eerst bij een paar andere bedden zaken zijn geweest, maar niet die match gevonden hadden, kwamen wij bij Hoek VT uit. We hebben zeer goed en rustig advies gekregen van Marcel, gezien we snel geleverd wilden hebben, checkte hij gelijk wat er eventueel te leveren viel binnen korte termijn. Daarna liet hij ons alle ruimte en gaf tussentijds tips en advies zonder te pushen. Binnen drie weken, zoals beloofd, werd onze elektrische boxspring geleverd en door twee vriendelijke monteurs geplaatst. keurig werd ook alle verpakkingsmateriaal weer meegenomen. Al met al een fijne ervaring, wat niet bij alle beddenzaken een vanzelfsprekendheid is. After we first went to a few other beds, but hadn't found that match, we ended up at Hoek VT. We received very good and calm advice from Marcel, since we wanted to be delivered quickly, he immediately checked what could be delivered within a short period of time. After that he gave us plenty of space and gave tips and advice in the meantime without pushing. Within three weeks, as promised, our electric box spring was delivered and installed by two friendly mechanics. All packaging material was also neatly taken away. All in all a great experience, which is not a matter of course in all bed stores.

Verkeerde kussens geleverd(100eu pst), niet op geslapen, slechte smoes over een of andere rare pink ribben actie waar ik niks mee te maken heb. En vervolgens mag ik ze niet retour zenden. De service is ook bagger slecht. Gemaild, gebeld.. Verbinding werd verbroken (geen idee van welke kant) maar werd niet terug gebeld. En als je deze kussens via bol.com besteld mag je ze gewoon retour sturen!? Gaan jullie deze dan wel ''reinigen'''? Niet normaal hoe slecht jullie met je klanten omgaan! Bar and bar bad thing!!!! Wrong pillows delivered (100eu pst), not slept on, bad excuse about some weird pinky rib action that I have nothing to do with. And then I can't return them. The service is also very bad. Emailed, called.. Connection was lost (no idea from which side) but was not called back. And if you order these cushions via bol.com, you can simply return them!? Are you going to "clean" these? It's not normal how bad you treat your customers!

And when they found out it was not availabe for quite a while (because of the factory) they offered a few solutions. Delivery of mattress was smooth and communication was clear. Thanks!
